Not sure how it happened:eek:..........my married woman got wax all over the keypad of her cellphone.
Anyone know a good way to remove it without ruining the cellphone?

Not that kind of wax. Information technology was melted wax from a candle that got all over the keypad..

Yes. Send her to the audiologist.

haha

But pick it off and use a needle or something to go far the cracks. I tin't run across wax beingness sparse enough to get within the electonics and ruin information technology.

Aye that is what she has been doing but idea at that place might be an easier style.
Possibly a pilus dryer?

Maybe a hair dryer?

Peradventure the pilus dryer might help to loosen it a bit... Merely really, how much wax got on the telephone?

Might be worth a try.

...I still think she needs to go to the audiologist anyway. Take her larn sign linguistic communication, and and so y'all'll relish the silence. :p

If the wax got between the keys, information technology'southward going to exist stopped by the keypad itself, which is one long sheet of condom with the keys continued, then your only problem correct now is if the private keys terminate working due to the wax hardening and not allowing the buttons to depress. What kind of phone is it? Could be easy enough to go to home depot and get some torx screwdrivers, open it up and clean out the keypad.

I used to accept the same problem when I had wax fall on my rug. What I did is I got a warm fe, and turned it on low, then I put two layers of paper towel under the iron. The heat melted the wax and capillary activeness pulled it into the paper towel. If you just heat the keypad you lot will melt the keys peculiarly if you use a hairdryer. Effort find gentle heat to transfer to a paper towel using capillary suction.

I was thinking of going the other way and freeze information technology with a can of compressed air turned upside down... Then chip it off. Estrus might make the wax go deeper...
